Appearance: pale golden yellow with fine bubbles, a rich lather and a full and provided cord.
Nose: very fruity with yellow fruit flavors such as peach and apricot vine.
Palate: supple and round where we find these aromas of ripe yellow fruit.
Food & Champagne Pairing: a fresh and fruity wine to enjoy as an aperitif or throughout a meal, especially with fish and white meat.
A blend of “Brut Tradition” with
red wine from “Coteaux Champenois”
A subtle assembly with the Brut Tradition and an addition of red wine with grape base "Pinot Meunier". The grapes are carefully selected at harvest allowing us to succeed this remarkable wine.
Appearance: brilliant, deep pink and delicate and fine bubbles.
Nose: fresh, expressive and very nice with its red fruit aromas.
Palate: frank attack, strawberry and raspberry flavors with a nice length.
Food & Champagne Pairing: enjoy with crust pies, white meat and fruit desserts, but also well chilled as an aperitif in the summer.

Appearance: pale gold color, brilliant, with dynamic bubbles.
Nose: minerality, freshness, purity, with floral notes.
Palate: finesse, lightness, with aromas of brioche, butter and toasty flavors.
Food & Champagne Pairing: it is perfect as an aperitif or as an accompaniment of delicacies like caviar, oysters, fish or shellfish.

This fine and delicate wine has aged 6 years in cellars, bringing her maturity, subtlety and lightness.
Appearance: old gold, silver to beautiful reflections.
Nose: very fine and floral, with notes of apples, pears and citrus.
Palate: we find these fruity aromas and a gingerbread flavor is revealed. A nice long finish for exceptional finish.
Food & Champagne Pairing: dessert with apple, pear, but also as an aperitif. A remarkable wine for demanding amateurs.

Appearance: this wine has a beautiful mousse. The effervescence is all in lightness with mild persistent bubbles. The hue is golden and intense.
Nose: aromas of fresh yellow fruits (apricot, peach). It evolves in a second time to pastry aromas as amandines or odor of shortcakes.
Palate: in perfect harmony with the nose. It gives a very wide greedy mouth on the same yellow fruits and hints of puff pastry buns and recalling the shades mentioned above. The finish is marked by a beautiful vivacity that enhances the appetite. It marked freshness offers a beautiful length.
Food & Wine Pairing: This wine will be highly appreciated as an aperitif or to accompany perfectly with fresh fruit desserts.
A blend of two grape varieties 50 % Pinot Meunier 50 % Chardonnay
Appearance: slightly yellow gold supported, clear and bright.
Nose: stewed fruit flavors such as quince mix with dried flowers. Some toasty notes are noticeable with cashew nuts and gingerbread.
Palate: it is soft, round, sweet and even dried flowers reminds aromas enhanced with vanilla notes.
Food & Champagne Pairing: as an aperitif but also as a dessert tart apples and pears.
The exceptional year of 2014 render this exceptional “cuvée”.
The “millésime” is issued from the grapes harvested from each respective year.

50 % Pinot Meunier - 50 % Chardonnay
5 ans de vieillissement minimum
This “cuvée” has a high effervescence with many trains of bubbles and a persistent “cordon”. Pale yellow in color with golden reflections, we find here a very complex nose. At firsrt, the floral notes dominate with the honeysuckle. Secondly, we can feel white fruit. Finally, everything evolves on dried flowers, spices and honey. The palate tends towards more gourmand notes of type acacia honey and juicy yellow fruit lightly roasted. It's a very soft mouth with a beautiful length.
Enjoy it as an aperitif to discover all the subtleties, which make it an exceptional “cuvée”. It’s an ideal bottle for a very exceptional day.

with grape juice and an addition of «Fine de Champagne».
The typical Ratafia Champenois is appreciated well fresh as an aperitif, with melon and digestive. It will retain the attention of connaisseurs.
